Exeter Learning Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a catering assistant to be part of our schools dynamic catering team. We are looking for someone who can develop strong, positive relationships, be flexible and enjoy working as part of a team.
As part of this role you will be required to transport food between Bowhill Primary and St Thomas Primary School, and to assist in the preparation and service of food to pupils and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining room and food service areas.
This would be on a working pattern of 11.15 – 13.45 Monday to Friday (12.5 hours per week).38 weeks per year (Term time only.)
A driving licence and use of a car are essential for this role.
We are also advertising a temporary Catering Assistant position to cover a maternity leave for 10 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9.15 – 11.15. For the right candidate, there is the potential to combine the 2 roles however one would be permanent and one would be temporary.
