We are looking to appoint a well-organised, reliable person with strong administrative and computer skills to join ELAT as our HR Officer on a job share basis.
This is a collaborative role, and you will work closely with your job share partner to ensure continuity, consistency, and a high standard of service across the Trust. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will need to coordinate effectively with your counterpart to manage shared responsibilities and maintain seamless HR support.
You will be part of the Central Team, working across our schools, and must be an excellent communicator with a proactive and friendly approach. The ability to multitask, work flexibly, and perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines is essential. You will liaise confidently with school staff, Senior Managers, Trustees and Governors, key stakeholders, and external bodies.

This role is a job share position working just two days per week. Working days: Friday (required) plus one other day (negotiable).
Please note: travel between schools is a requirement of this role, so candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
We are also advertising a Finance Officer position, working two days per week.For the right candidate with the necessary skills and experience, there is the potential to combine the HR Officer and Finance Officer roles into a single, expanded position.
